Call our main number for the current out-of-hours provider details. During opening hours, call us immediately for urgent cases.
Do you work with pet insurance?
Yes — we can provide clinical histories and invoices to support insurance claims.
Can I pay online when booking?
Selected appointment types may require a deposit or consultation fee paid securely online at the time of booking.
How do I order repeat prescriptions?
Call or email us with your pet's name and medication details. Please allow 48 hours for repeat prescriptions.
